    The Integrated Platform is designed to enhance the training and continuous professional development of healthcare and social care professionals, with a strong focus on transversal, digital, and interprofessional skills. Built upon the Community-Based Interprofessional Teams (CBIT) EU Curriculum—developed within the TEAMCARE project—and drawing on the Communities of Inquiry (CoI) framework, the platform offers open-access content, collaborative tools, and structured learning pathways. It serves as a dynamic environment for knowledge sharing, professional exchange, and the development of effective multidisciplinary teams.

      These guidelines support teachers in translating the TEAMCARE curriculum into effective online and blended practices. Based on the Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework, they help design courses that promote knowledge sharing, interaction, collaboration, and reflective engagement in interprofessional contexts.

      This course includes e-learning materials developed as part of the TEAMCARE project, designed to address specific learning outcomes of the TEAMCARE Curriculum. Please follow the instructions provided for each learning outcome to make the most of this e-learning experience.

      NOTE: The training materials will remain freely accessible for three years following the conclusion of the TEAMCARE project.
