This Privacy Policy is established in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and relevant national regulations.
By accessing and using the TEAMCARE Integrated Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

3. Data Collected

The TEAMCARE Integrated Platform collects and processes basic data related to users’ participation in educational and evaluation activities, including:

  • Identification data (e.g., name, email, user role)
  • Interaction data (e.g., activity logs, posts, and submissions)
  • Course participation records
  • Evaluation Survey data

 

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Data processing is based on legitimate interest [Article 6, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)], as it is necessary for the operation and administration of the TEAMCARE educational and research as well as evaluation activities.

 

5. Purpose of Data Processing

The collected data will be used for:

  • Enabling access to platform services
  • Managing educational activities
  • Supporting research, evaluation and statistical analysis within the TEAMCARE Project
  • Facilitating dissemination, exploitation, scaling-up, and sustainability of project results

 

6. Security Measures

The TEAMCARE Integrated Platform employs standard security measures, including:

  • Encrypted connections
  • Regular backups
  • Restricted access to authorized personnel
  • Data and feedback provided in surveys will be treated anonymously and will admit no conclusions on the identity of the respondent

 

7. Data Storage and Retention

  • Data is stored on EU-based servers.
  • No data transfers to project external third parties within and outside Europe are foreseen.
  • Data will be retained for the duration of the project (until September 30, 2026, the official project end date) plus an additional 3 years for compliance and research purposes.
  • After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

 

8. Users’ Rights

In accordance with GDPR, users have the right to:

  1. Request confirmation of data storage and processing
  2. Access, rectify, or delete their data
  3. Restrict processing
  4. Exercise data portability
  5. Object to automated decision-making
  6. Withdraw consent at any time
  7. Lodge a complaint with the with the competent Supervisory Authorities listed in "11: Supervisory Authorities Contacts"

  • Users may withdraw consent at any time following the procedures established by the TEAMCARE Integrated Platform.
